Abstract:
This project introduces an Online Complaint Registration and Management System developed in Python, designed to enhance the efficiency and transparency of grievance handling in various organizations. The system leverages Python’s web development frameworks, such as Django, to create a user-friendly and accessible platform where individuals can register, track, and resolve complaints through a centralized and automated process.
The Online Complaint Registration and Management System facilitate users in registering complaints through a web interface, providing detailed information and relevant attachments. Python’s database management tools, such as SQLite or PostgreSQL, are employed to securely store and manage complaint records. The system ensures confidentiality and integrity by implementing robust user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Key features of the system include real-time complaint tracking, automated notifications for status updates, and a comprehensive dashboard for administrators to manage and prioritize complaints. The platform incorporates data visualization tools to generate reports and analytics, aiding organizations in identifying recurring issues and improving overall service quality.
The open-source nature of the implementation encourages customization and integration with existing systems. The research evaluates the system’s performance in terms of responsiveness, security, and user satisfaction, ensuring its effectiveness in optimizing the complaint resolution workflow.
By providing an Online Complaint Registration and Management System in Python, this project contributes to the modernization of grievance resolution processes in public and private sectors, fostering accountability, transparency, and improved customer satisfaction. The system stands as a valuable tool for organizations seeking to streamline complaint handling, enhance communication, and ultimately, provide better services to their stakeholders.
